The workshop strives to provoke an exchange of know-how and experiences and will be held by two performing arts managers participating in the SPACE Mobility Project supported by the European Union Culture Programme.

It shall focus on two themes in order to enable Hungarian managers to position themselves and the companies they work for on the international performing arts scene:

1. From ad-hoc to strategy: how to build strategies in an international context
2. The artist and the manager: how to buid a good working relationship / The artist as a manager: how to self-manage oneself
